BPC Footy Tipping Competition 2025 – Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older. Proof of age may be required.
  • To be eligible for the grand prize, participants must:
    • Be registered in the BPC Tipping Competition.
    • Have an active BPC account.
    • Be a 708 investor as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
  • Employees of BPC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

2. Competition Rules

  • The competition runs from NRL Round 1, 2025, until after the Grand Final.
  • If multiple participants finish with the same score, the margin will be used as a tiebreaker.
  • In the event of a margin tie, a countback from the Grand Final game will determine the winner.

3. Grand Prize Details

The grand prize includes:
Four nights’ accommodation in Las Vegas.
TWO4SEVEN Welcome Dinner experience.
Game day hospitality in a private suite at Allegiant Stadium for NRL Round 1, 2026.

Not included (winner’s responsibility):
Flights to and from Las Vegas.
Travel insurance (strongly recommended).
ESTA or any other required US visa(s).
Any additional expenses not explicitly outlined in the prize description (e.g., meals, transport, personal costs).

4. US Visa & Travel Requirements

  • The winner must ensure they are eligible for and can obtain the necessary visa(s), including an ESTA or other US entry requirements.
  • The competition provider assumes no liability if the winner is unable to travel due to visa issues.

5. Age Restrictions & Nevada Laws

  • The legal age for alcohol consumption, gambling, and entry to certain venues in Nevada is 21.
  • If the winner or their guest(s) are under 21, access to certain venues, activities, and events may be restricted.
  • If individual access to venues is prohibited (e.g., due to age, personal restrictions, or casino bans), it is the winner’s responsibility to make alternative arrangements at their own cost.

6. Travel & Accommodation

  • The winner is responsible for arranging flights, travel insurance, and any additional costs, such as meals, transportation, and incidental expenses.
  • The competition provider will not be responsible for any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations.

7. Event & Prize Changes

  • If NRL Round 1 in Las Vegas is cancelled, postponed, or relocated, the competition provider is not obligated to provide an alternative prize or compensation.
  • The competition provider reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • The competition provider is not liable for:
    • Costs associated with visa denials, delays, or cancellations.
    • Any injury, accident, or loss incurred during travel.
    • Changes or cancellations by event organizers or third-party providers.
  • The winner acknowledges that participation in the trip is voluntary and releases the competition provider from any liability related to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Tax Implications

  • Any applicable tax liabilities (e.g., income tax on the prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Privacy & Use of Personal Information

  • By entering, participants agree to provide their personal details, which will be used in accordance with the competition provider’s Privacy Policy.
  • The winner agrees to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to social media announcements, press releases, and event coverage.

11. Compliance with Australian Laws

  • This competition is conducted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant State/Territory trade promotion regulations.
